Walk-through Video
Join us for a walk through of a trip to the Recycling Discovery Centre, preview some of the sights and sounds ahead of your visit.
Guide and Assistance Animals
Working guide and assistance dogs are welcome. They should be appropriately trained, supervised and kept with you at all times on a leash. Where possible, please bring your Assistance Dogs UK (ADUK) identification book and animals should wear the appropriate tabards or harness. If your guide or assistance animal is not a dog, please contact the visit team prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.

Parking
We have a free visitor car park with the following facilities:
- Accessible parking
- Car and EV parking
- Minibus parking
- Large coach parking bay
The visitor car park is signposted clearly, please take the first right on your arrival.
Entrance and Exit
Once safely parked, report to reception to sign in and you will be greeted by a member of staff.
Lift
We have one lift that can be used to access the Recycling Discovery Centre on the second floor, it is wheelchair accessible.
Sensory Bags
Available to loan upon arrival for SEND visitors who may need to take time out from the full experience. Please return the bags after use so we can continue to offer this to other visitors who need them. The bag includes:

- Sunglasses
- Fidget toy
- Face mask
